If you’re looking for an intense chest workout to really punish your pecs and get your week’s workouts off to a good start, give this routine a try. It incorporates movements to help you target the chest from all sides while adding in a few isolation sets that’ll provide a good stretch and a sick pump! We’ve even added in some push ups just to make sure you’re hitting those pecs with everything you’ve got!

RECOMMENDED TRAINING STACK:

Pre-Workout:

naNO Vapor Hardcore Pro Series: great pumps, increased strength and intense training energy

– OR –

GAKIC Pro Series: immediate strength increase for a bigger bench

Post-Workout:

Anabolic HALO Hardcore Pro Series: initiates recovery and replenishes muscle glycogen levels

TRAINING:

Incline Barbell Bench Press: 5 x 8-12

(1 warm-up, 4 working sets)

Flat Dumbbell Bench Press: 4 x 8-10

Dips: 3 x 10-12

SUPERSET WITH: Push-Ups 3 x MAX

Flat Dumbbell Flys: 3 x 12-15

Cable Flys: 3 x 12-15

DROPSET LAST SET: 1 x MAX
