In order to achieve better results many athletes use in their diet proteins. Here are some yummy recipes of cocktails that will help you to train more efficient.

Giant

It is recommended in bulking cycles. It contains a balanced combination of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Per serving:

300 ml of skim milk

1 ice cream

1 big banana

1 tablespoon of honey

3 tablespoons of whey protein powder

Shake in a blender milk, ice cream and protein powder. At slow speeds continue to mix a cocktail, adding banana and honey.

Fantasy

A delicious cocktail without fat.

Per serving:

250 ml of cold water

3 ice cubes

2/3 cup of nonfat yogurt, no sugar

4-5 strawberries

1/4 cup of diced melon

2 tablespoons of whey protein powder

Break the ice in the water, turning blender at maximum speed. Continue to mix at low speed, adding yogurt and fruit. Once the mixture is smooth, add the protein powder.

Mocha with whipped cream

Low-calorie and low- carbohydrates drink. A tasty coffee-chocolate flavor.

Per serving:

200 g of strong coffee

2 tablespoons of dried cream

6-5 of ice cubes

1/4 teaspoons of cocoa powder

1/2 cup low-fat chocolate yogurt with no sugar

1 tablespoon of whey protein powder

Boil coffee, add cream powder. Pour the coffee in a blender container, add ice and blend on high speed until the destruction of ice cubes. Continue to mix at low speed, adding the cocoa, yogurt and protein powder.

This drink contains green tea, ginseng and ginger. It is also rich in vitamin C – mainly antioxidant nature. Health effect is enhanced with flaxseed oil.

1 glass of Green Tea with ginseng

Half a cup of nonfat vanilla yogurt, no sugar

150 ml of orange juice

2/3 cup of frozen mango, diced

2 tablespoons of whey protein powder

2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil

1/8 teaspoon of ginger

Mix it in a blender tea with the yogurt and orange juice. While continuing to mix at low speed, add the mango, protein powder, flaxseed oil and ginger.
