Chocolate… So delicious and good… melting in your mouth… making you happy… But… you are on diet. So, what to do when you are on diet and you extremely miss a nice bar of chocolate?

You still have an option.  Dark chocolate is what you need. Dark form of chocolate will save you 15% calories and you will crave less for sweets and salty foods.

Dark chocolate will give you some energy for exercising. It has the same effect as coffee or black tea.

Dark chocolate also contains magnesium

It helps to prevent depression and fatigue, so that you can enjoy your workouts more and more.

Most importantly for dieters, dark chocolate rates low on the glycemic index. Low glycemic foods promote feeling of fullness and suppress the appetite.

Moreover, dark chocolate is really healthy food. It reduces insulin resistance and lowers blood pressure.

Add chocolate to preworkout shakes for better recovery and growth.

THE DOSAGE

Add 3–4 oz of dark chocolate that is at least 70% cocoa or add 1⁄4 cup cocoa powder to your preworkout or postworkout shake.

Just don’t forget. Dark chocolate is good for dieting, but if you eat 5 bars of chocolate a day, your diet won’t work. Keep limits and enjoy trainings!
