You are going to a gym every day and spend hours to get muscles. Having a muscular body becomes your obsession, main goal in your life.
You read all the articles how to become bigger and stronger, buy all the supplements, and keep a diet. It seems you are doing everything to get muscles, but it doesn’t work. No matter how much you try, it just doesn’t work.
So, what’s the problem? Why are you still weak?
1) You don’t eat enough.
Maybe it sounds ridiculous, but if your aim is not to lose weight, but to get a muscular body, you don’t have to keep a strict diet. I will tell you even more. What you need is to eat, and eat a lot. You can’t get muscles from your bones. To build good muscles, you need some body fat.
Don’t be afraid of overeating and gaining some weight. You are not a ballerina to be 40 kilos. You are the bodybuilder!
2) You jump around from one workout to another.
You start your training program, and train every day. But after one week it’s either doesn’t work or just becomes boring. You find a new workout, and again it doesn’t keep you interested for a long time. And you just stop on your way of getting muscles. What you have to do in this situation is to combine few kinds of workouts at the same time. Do some cardio today and bench press sets tomorrow and you will never be bored.
3) You don’t focus on your training.
We all are addicted to internet. But let’s admit it, if you are interrupting your workout to send a message every 10 minutes, it’s not going to work. Focus on your training and live your internet life after.
