Intermittent fasting is a kind of dieting that alternates between periods of fasting and non-fasting. It’s not just a diet; it’s a lifestyle diet, which should suit with your schedule. Not everybody will choose this kind of a diet, but the one who chooses, will definitely benefit from intermittent fasting.

The system of intermittent fasting is very simple. You are fasting for 18 hours and able to eat for 8 hours per day. Depending on your preferences and individual features of body, you can fast for 14-16 hours.

You might think that if you are fasting, you will feel hungry all the time. This is just a result of habits you built for your body. Your body adapts to your actions. If you start fasting, you will feel hungry for some time, but when your body adapts, it will be absolutely essential for you.

One of the tricks how not to feel so hungry is to be busy all the time. It’s simple as never. You will not think about food, when you are busy.

How does it work? When you eat some food, your body spends few hours to process this food and burn it. When you fast, your body has nothing to process, so that it will have to burn the stored fat.

Why intermittent fasting? Because it really works and gives your body a chance to lose weight, just eating less calories. It also requires less time and money. Just imagine, instead of 4 meals you will have to prepare just two. This is definitely an advantage.

You don’t have to worry that if you are fasting, you can’t build muscles. It’s not true. Consume some supplements such as whey protein, fish oil, multi-vitamin and train wise.  Don’t become crazy about workouts and perform more cardio.
