1) Eat plenty of protein. Without enough amount of protein you can’t build great muscles. For those who don’t know, you should consume 1-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.

2) Eat plenty of carbohydrates. The higher the level of carbs in the body, the more likely you are going to remain in anabolic environment.

3) Eat before workout. To have enough energy for your workouts, you need a balanced meal, which contains enough carbs and protein.

4) Have a rest from weight training sometimes and switch to other kinds of workouts.

5) Drink caffeine. It’s useful for bodybuilding somehow. Caffeine will give you more energy to train.

6) Train all groups of muscles for getting a better result. Don’t stick to training only particular muscle groups.

7) Stretch your muscles from time to time. It will help you to develop muscles and avoid injuries.

8) Don’t overuse anabolic androgenic steroids. You don’t need them that much for muscle building. It’s not necessary.

10) To avoid injuries, warm up before starting exercising.

11) Fish oil is a good supplement to build muscle. Don’t neglect it.
